WHAT IS AN APOSTILLE?
An Apostille is a certification for a document to be used internationally. Apostilles are issued for countries that are party to the Hague Convention and Authentications are issued for countries that are not party to the Hague convention.
HOW DO I OBTAIN AN APOSTILLE FOR MY DOCUMENT(S)?
Only the Secretary of State or U.S. Department of State can issue an Apostille/Authentication.

We provide Apostille and Authentication Services. We help you obtain apostilles for your documents quickly and efficiently. Navigating government processes can be daunting. We provide you with peace of mind with our simple and proven apostille process that virtually eliminates document rejections. You provide your documents(s) to us, we review and submit your document(s) for government processing, then we return the completed Apostille and document(s) to you. We provide apostille services in Florida and throughout the 50 states and US territories.
OUR APOSTILLE PROCESS
After placing your order online or by phone, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. You will then reply to the order confirmation email with a scan or photo of your documents. We will review those documents for completeness. After the review, we will ask that you send us your physical documents by your chosen method (mail-in, drop-off or on-site). After we receive your physical documents, we will submit them for government processing. Once the government processing is done, we will return the completed apostilled documents to you by your chosen method (mail-in, drop-off or on-site).
WHAT IS THE HAGUE CONVENTION?
The mission of the Hague Convention is "the increasing harmonization of the standards of private international law." There are 91 member states and the European Union. Additionally, non-member states have signed or become contracting parties to certain Hague conventions that has increased the Hague's global reach to over 150 countries.
WHAT IS THE (HAGUE) APOSTILLE CONVENTION?
The (HAGUE) Apostille Convention abolishes the requirement of Legalization of foreign public documents. Countries (Hague or Non-Hague) that have adopted this convention have a streamlined process of acceptance of documents among each other.

CAN I SUBMIT DOCUMENT COPIES FOR APOSTILLE?
No. All documents submitted must be original documents. You must ensure that the documents are clean and clear, and do not contain any smudges, rips, tears, etc.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET AN APOSTIILE, AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

EXPEDITED AND EXPRESS SERVICE GUARANTEES
We make every effort to deliver apostilled documents by the deadline given. Due to possible changes in governmental procedures and unforeseen shipment delays from shipping carriers (UPS, USPS, Fedex, etc.), we are unable to guarantee service times.
DO YOU NOTARIZE AS WELL?
Yes. If you select our on-site service with notarization, we will provide a Notary to notarize your document.
I AM LEAVING THE COUNTRY. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. We will forward documents internationally upon completion. You will need to provide the complete destination information prior to your departure or provide a representative to assist with this request. Shipping charges will be billed separately.

ARE APOSTILLE CERTIFICATIONS DONE ON THE SPOT?
No. We are unable to complete the request on the spot.
WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?
We all accept major credit cards.
HOW DO I RECEIVE A REFUND?
Orders cannot be cancelled after document submission. Documents will not be released without full payment. If Order is placed and documents not submitted, customer may request cancellation within 15 days of order submission. In this case, a refund will be issued minus 15% administrative fee.
