Apostille

​By using our service,

  • Customer agrees to use the Apostille Service provided by South Florida Apostille Services by using the South Florida Apostille Services website to place an order for Apostille Service.

  • Customer is defined as the person(s) placing the order and making payment.

  • South Florida Apostille Services is the Service Provider. After an order is placed and payment is received from the Customer at the Service Provider's website, the Service Provider provides a confirmation of the order via email with instructions to the Customer:

    • To provide a copy of the original(s) document for review and approval, and

    • The location to submit the original documents for processing.​​​

  • Customer understands the Service Provider is a convenience service. Customers are able to obtain an apostille on their own independently of the Service provider.

  • Customer understands orders may not be cancelled after document submission. Documents will not be released without full payment. An Apostille/Authentication does not guarantee document(s) acceptance by the requesting country. Customer accepts responsibility for document verification and formatting are acceptable to the requesting country. If your document(s) are improperly notarized by an outside agency and results in rejection, there will be a $125 fee assessed prior to resubmission. Shipping Disclosure: we utilize shipping carriers to facilitate apostille processing. We are not responsible for packages lost/damaged/undelivered during shipping.

  • Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Service provider from any and all loss or damage and all claims or causes of action arising out of loss/damaged documents, shipping delays, an incorrect/improper notarization or notarial error or omission, made by a Notary, of accidents, injuries, or damages caused by the negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the Service Provider, its agents or employees, during the ordering, billing, payment or scheduling, during the progress of such work except that nothing herein will require the Service Provider to indemnify the other Party for the latter's own negligence.
