What is an Apostille?
An Apostille is a certification for a document to be used internationally. Apostilles are issued for countries that are party to the Hague Convention and Authentications are issued for countries that are not party to the Hague convention. In Florida, apostilles are issued by the Florida Secretary of State in Tallahassee.
We provide Apostille and Authentication Services
Most document rejections happen because of small errors in how paperwork is submitted. We catch those issues before they reach the state, which is why our clients rarely deal with delays or re-submissions.
We have processed apostilles for Florida residents going to over 40 countries, including documents for citizenship applications, corporate documents, and overseas property purchases. That range of experience matters when your situation does not fit a simple template.

Order Process
After placing your order online or by phone, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. You will then reply to the order confirmation email with a scan or photo of your documents. We will review those documents for completeness. After the review, we will ask that you send us your physical documents by your chosen method (mail-in, drop-off or on-site). After we receive your physical documents, we will submit them for government processing. Once the government processing is done, we will return the completed apostilled documents to you by your chosen method (mail-in, drop-off or on-site). It's just that simple!
